该产品设计先进、造型美观、品种齐全。标准化、通用化程度高。起升电机为2/8级鼠笼式锥形转子电动机，按照VDEO530标准制造，绝缘等级为F，防护等级为IP54。减速器箱由高强度轻金属制造；齿轮油润滑；防过载的摩擦离合器摩擦片采用耐磨耐油的摩擦材料；链轮经表面硬化处理，链条为T8级圆环链，用特殊钢材制成。该产品共有PK1、PK2、PK5、PK10四个基型，多种规格。PKI和PK2为二级传动， PK5和PK10为三级传动。根据不同起升高度还可选择塑料件和钢件两种集链箱。塑料件轻巧美观、适合集装较低起升高度用链条，钢件适用于较高起升高度用链条。PK型环链电动葫芦还配有各种运行小车，主要有手拉式和电动式，装在不同构架上组成单梁架空运输系统。

With advanced designing,complete specifications,the PK Electric Chain Hoist is of high standardization and universal.The hoisting motion is driven by a motor of the 2 or 2/8 pole squirrel cage type.the motor complies with VDEO530,;insulation class F;enclosure IP54;The casing is of hith-strength light metal,the gears are lubricated by gear oil.
The friction plates of the friction coupling(which aims to protect the hoist from attempts to lift loads beyond its capacity)is made of oil-proof materials.The chain is T8 round-link chain,which is made of special steel.The PK Electric Chain Hoist is of four types ,PK1,PK2,PK5,PK10,and of many specifications.The types PK1 and PK2 have a two-stage and the type PK5 and PK10 a three-stage reduction gear,in accordance with various lift, the plastic or steel chain collecting box can be chosen.The plastic box ,with light weigth and fine-looking is fit for collecting chains of the hoists with low lift,whereas the latter one fit for hoists with high lift.
Various kinds of hand trolleys and electric travellers are provided with the Type PK electric Chain Hoist,thus the hoists can be mounted on single beam cranes as well as suspending cranes. |
